Recruiting Assistant -

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with posting online job listings using a variety of recruiting sources to develop and maintain seasonal applicant pool
• Maintain spreadsheets of incoming applications sorted by region
• Assist with conducting initial phone screen interviews
• Enter new hires into internal tracking system
• Draft e-mails to new recruits
• Prepare HR packets for new Recruits and intake new employee paperwork

QUALIFICATIONS • High School degree or equivalency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detailed oriented, critical thinker, problem solver
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to perform internet searches and have knowledge of Google Docs and Google Calendar
• Must be flexible to work changing schedule, including weekends and evening hours as needed during peak seasons
