Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Tallahassee

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•Take all point of contacts from customers in a timely and efficient manner.

•Answer your phone at all times and assist customers with all inquiries.

•Answer all emails from customers, as well as, send any follow up emails to customers ensuring them that you are on top of their issue and is seeing it through.

•Answer live chats from customers who are in need of immediate assistance with any questions or website issues they are experiencing.

•Responsible for following through with all customer inquiries.

•It is your job to make sure you deal with a customer’s issue from start to finish.

•You must make sure the problem is resolved in a timely manner.

•If you are not able to handle the customer’s inquiry you must inform your direct supervisor of the issue the customer is experiencing so they can help you come to a resolution.

•Responsible for learning and mastering all systems and being knowledgeable in all divisions.

•Responsible for making sure all return mail is completed in a timely manner.

•Complete any tasks or special projects given to you by your direct supervisor.

•Deliver premium customer service, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the continuous improvement of service and sales standard and quality.

•You are required to meet all departmental goals and be above average for all performance reviews.

•Participates in continuous training and weekly meetings to help develop you into an elite customer service representative for Iconic Group.

•Contribute to the enhancement of good and professional image Iconic Group by building and strengthening customer relationship through skillful telephone, chat, & email service.

Position Requirements:

•Excellent sales and communication skills working with customer service team.

•Great problem solving abilities, including handling challenging situations.

•Team-oriented and enthusiastic to learn new things.

•Excellent command of both written and oral English. Spanish speaking is a must.

•PC literacy, experience on internet operations and Microsoft Office.

•Individual must be fluent in Spanish and be able to properly format written responses in Spanish
